At ABA Boxing Academy™ Media, Arts and Entertainment, we are thrilled to present an innovative initiative that beautifully intertwines the worlds of boxing, art, and personal storytelling—the Legendary World Champions in Boxing Arts Project. This pioneering endeavor, was founded and conceived of by Dr. Leonard A. Rubinstein, MD, renowned Cosmetic Surgery and Rejuvenation Medicine Specialist, and Founder/Managing Partner of Riddick "Big Daddy" Bowe Boxing™, LLC, and CEO/Executive Director of the ABA Boxing Academy™. This innovative Program is designed to honor the rich heritage and extraordinary journeys of boxing legends, bringing their stories to life through the medium of artistic expression.
Our adventure commenced with the remarkable two-time undisputed former World Boxing Champion, Riddick "Big Daddy" Bowe. In a collaborative effort with Riddick "Big Daddy" Bowe Boxing, LLC (www.RiddickBigDaddyBoweBoxing.com), we curated a selection of a dozen striking photographs that encapsulated significant and transformative moments from his illustrious career in the ring. These powerful images laid the groundwork for an exciting partnership with a gifted young graphic artist based in Sarasota, Florida, Adam Batko. Drawing inspiration from Bowe’s experiences, the artist crafted captivating graphic art draft renderings that captured the essence of the champion’s journey.
What followed was a unique fusion of creativity, as Riddick and the artist engaged in an inspiring collaboration, combining their artistic visions to produce final graphic art images. From this creative process emerged a collection of limited-edition, numbered lithographs, each co-signed by both the boxing champion and the artist. These exclusive artworks formed the centerpiece of a Worldwide Arts Tour, where Riddick Bowe is making personal appearances, sharing insightful anecdotes about his professional journey while showcasing these remarkable art pieces that commemorate pivotal milestones in his career.
The phenomenal success of this project has ignited our ambition to broaden our horizons. We are excited to announce that we are now collaborating with over 36 legendary World Boxing Champions, each joining forces with talented artists to co-create limited-edition artworks that reflect their unique paths to championship glory. This exclusive collection, aptly titled the "Legends in Boxing Arts Collection," serves as a tribute to both the champions and the artists involved.
